inkscape: fix obsolete option, add -D example (#4279)

* Added a line in the description to use `-e` for version 0.92.x.
* Removed the `-z` hints, ref https://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Using_the_Command_Line#Deprecations_and_Replacements
