`pamtotga {{path/to/file.pam}} > {{path/to/output.tga}}`

- Specify the color map of the output image:

`pamtotga -{{cmap|cmap16|mono|rgb}} {{path/to/file.pam}} > {{path/to/output.tga}}`

- Display version:

`pamtotga -version`
