# ogrinfo

- List supported formats:

`ogrinfo --formats`

- List layers of a data source:

`ogrinfo {{path/to/input.gpkg}}`

- Get detailed information about a specific layer of a data source:

`ogrinfo {{path/to/input.gpkg}} {{layer_name}}`

- Only show summary information about a specific layer of a data source:

`ogrinfo -so {{path/to/input.gpkg}} {{layer_name}}`
