- Set a new environment variable:
|
|
|
|
`export {{VARIABLE}}={{value}}`
|
|
|
|
- Remove an environment variable:
|
|
|
|
`export -n {{VARIABLE}}`
|
|
|
|
- Mark a shell function for export:
|
|
|
|
`export -f {{FUNCTION_NAME}}`
|
|
|
|
- Append something to the PATH variable:
|
|
|
|
`export PATH=$PATH:{{path/to/append}}`
|
