Convert a PBM image to a MacPaint file. See also:

- Convert a PBM image to a MACP file:
pbmtomacp {{path/to/image.pbm}} > {{path/to/output.macp}}
- Do not compress the output file:
pbmtomacp -norle {{path/to/image.pbm}} > {{path/to/output.macp}}
